Ex member now in Brisbane.....this is from the Daily Record this morning........
Good on ya Ray!!!
Speaking exclusively to the Record in Manchester, Rangers\' head of security and operations Kenny Scott said he expected fans to keep up their impeccable European record of having no arrests.
He said: \"We are proud of the way our fans have behaved across eight countries in Europe this season. Manchester is laying on a terrific welcome and Rangers fans will respect that.\"
One Gers globetrotter was Ray Newall, 56, president of the Melbourne Glasgow Rangers Supporters Club .
He said: \"I am very excited but nervous. The lads deserve to win this for everything they have done so far. We have flown 12,000 miles but it will be the biggest day in my Rangers history.
\"I was in the Merchant Navy the last time - 1972 - so this is the chance of a lifetime.\"

Gday!
I have recently met a wonderful person who comes from Glasgow Scotland (her name is Stephanie) who introduced me to the Rangers during a game against Florence recently where they claimed victory in a shootout. It was intense. Just want to share the love and hope with a few years and a change of passport I too can become a hardcore fan. cheers.
